Isra Foods Inc. was founded by a dedicated halal slaughter professional whose journey in Canada began in 2016. Shortly after immigrating, he entered the halal poultry industry and built his career through hard work, commitment, and hands-on experience.

Starting as a halal butcher, he worked directly on the slaughter line, learning every aspect of the operation. Over the years, he advanced into a management position, where he was entrusted with overseeing the entire halal section of a major poultry processing facility. His responsibilities included workforce management, scheduling, quality control, halal compliance, operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
